I couldnt ask for better service! My call was returned the next day and they ended up having an electrician that was able to come that same day. Gary was experienced and knowledgeable and able to quickly assess the odd wiring situation and remedy it. Then he was creative and able to get the new range hood affixed to the cabinet. It was not a simple installation but he got it all done in an hour. I was so pleased. I highly recommend Walter Electric. As a woman homeowner it is not always easy to find trustworthy contractors. The staff was pleasant and personable and good prices too!

They were top notch! I called the office with an electrical concern and Dawn, who answered right away, was awesome! She treated me like a long time customer and sent me help right away. Jeremy our tech was terrific -very knowledgeable, identified the problem right away and patiently addressed all of my questions. The personal attention I received was outstanding and greatly appreciated. They are a quality company that I will certainly call again!

Jeramey installed my newly purchased thermostat quickly and professionally. The first time he came out, I had the wrong type. After a very short investigation, he explained the problem. I purchased the correct one and rescheduled for the following business day. Dawn and Jeramey were courteous and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience and well go to no other electrician.
